The Human Resourse
Generalist position reports to a Regional HR Manager. Perofrm plant HR
functions and will provide, feedback and support to the District Managers in
all HR functions for this small plant.
Duties will include
payroll and benefits issues, recruiting and weekly onsite service meetings for
the field employees.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of
HR generalist experience.
* Experience supporting
a field operation.
* Very hands-on roll up
your sleeves work ethic
* Willingness to do
local travel.
