Through analytical and qualitative work, guide the implementation of complex work streams to deliver on the 3 year CWM strategy and the business transformation to a client segment based business model

Responsibilities / Duties:
Own
the business case of the CWM business build-up; run complex analytics and what
if scenarios based on thorough understanding of the strategic changes the
business is trying to implement. Model and quantify the impact of business
decisions.
Conduct competitive analysis and fine tune strategy based on market trends and internal factors.
Assist the BTO manager in structuring the execution work needed to deliver on the CWM strategy: plan the work streams, scope out the work, proactively manage execution progress, resolve roadblocks, and make the necessary connections to move the work forward. Execute on the reporting of progress, highlight risks, propose solutions and work with stakeholders to close all issues
Qualifications - Experience and Education Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at a minimum 2-4 years of experience in designing and implementing complex analytic solutions, preferably in a big strategic consulting firm. Prior experience in wealth management firms or Citibank NA is a plus.
MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree required
