International Oil Company seeks experienced candidates with related purchasing experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience; must have experience in writing business requirements, managing the solicitation process, tabulating bid results and negotiating with suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office.
- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of budgets and targets.
- Prior experience in managing suppliers; includes tracking supplier performance, periodic reviews and issue resolution.
- Posses a shared organizational value for integrity, flexibility and professional and ethical behavior.
