SPA MANAGER
We are a premiere upscale retail services business looking for a store
manager for our flagship NY location. We operate in the beauty/spa space
and are recognized for providing industry-leading treatments, and a
superior client experience. We are looking for professionals with
significant hospitality, sales, marketing and business experience to
fill this key role.

Experience in the beauty/spa industry is not required, but beneficial. You will be a vital voice in driving our strategic objectives and therefore the ideal candidate will be a big-picture thinker who understands business drivers and can creatively develop and nurture revenue sources while training and managing a large team in achieving its objectives.
You will foster a lively, trendy and professional environment for clients and employees alike and will be responsible for all aspects of the business operations. You will monitor and manage your team's performance, both individually and collectively, and develop the team through effective communication and collaboration. The daily routine will challenge your ability to develop solutions to immediate goals and issues while staying focused on longer term objectives.
