Support team leader.
This is an interesting and varied role and responsibilities would involve to supporting, coaching, developing and supervising a team of technical engineers and support staff especially related to disciplines such as quality, case and call management. To be successful for this role applicants would have; Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical expertise Technical Support experience Experience with hardware, software and networking Sound problem solving skills Experience of mentoring, coaching or manging a team Due to the international nature of this company fluency in a European langauge would be a strong bonus.
