PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk ( Jasa Marga ) is the pioneer in the development of toll road in Indonesia. With 32 years of experience, the Company remains the market leader in the country's toll road industry. Jagorawi (Jakarta-Bogor-Ciawi) Toll Road is the Company's toll road that marks the milestone in the historical development of Indonesian toll road industry. To date, the Company has operated 531 km toll road representing 72% of the total operating toll roads in the country.


Jasa Marga succeeded in winning three (3) new concessions namely Bogor Ring Road, Semarang-Solo, Gempol-Pasuruan in 2004 and two (2) JORR 2 Sections (Cengkareng-Kunciran and Kunciran-Serpong) in 2007. Three other concessions i.e. Surabaya-Mojokerto JORR W2, and Gempol Pasuruan in 2011, add to the number of toll road concessions owned by Jasa Marga. The Company is currently working on eight (8) new toll roads of approximately 200 km, scheduled to operate gradually between the year 2011 and 2013.

The Company has undergone various significant events and changes during its development. At the early stage after its establishment, the Company not only played the role of an operator, but also held the responsibility of Indonesian toll road authorizer. In 2004, the role of authorizer was returned to the Government following the issuance of Law No. 38 of 2004 concerning Road. The role of the authorizer is now performed by the Toll Road Regulatory Board (Badan Pengatur Jalan Tol – BPJT). Consequently, Jasa Marga carries out its full function as a company that develops and operates toll roads with the orientation to the principles of corporation.

General Requirements for all positions and all applicants:
  • Indonesian citizen.
  • Certified Degree (S1) majoring in education in accordance with the requirements.

  • Healthy mental and physical, height and weight proportional.
  • Not once dismissed as an employee because of a violation by the previous employer.

Special Requirements for external applicants:
  • Certified Degree (S1) of the State Universities / Private Universities or from a reputable Foreign universities that have received approval from the competent authority to issue accreditation.
  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.00 (scale 4).
  • Maximum age of 28 (twenty eight) years old on December 31, 2011.
Special Requirements for internal applicants:
  • Permanent employees are registered in the Company
  • Certified Degree (S1) of the State Universities / Private Universities or from a reputable Foreign universities that have received approval from the competent authority to issue accreditation.
  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 (scale 4).
  • Terms of age is not more than 35 years on December 31, 2011.
OTHER PROVISIONS:
