COST ACCOUNTING STAFF (CAS)

Requirements:

Male, max 35 years old
S1 – majoring in Accounting from reputable university
Computer skill : MS Office;
Minimum having 3 years experienced in Cost and Inventory
Having an excellent analysis skill
Fluent in English both of oral & written

Responsibilities:

Perform cost accounting activities covering materials and production costs, cost of sales, product development, overhead costs, etc.
Compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variance
Coordinate physical inventory counts
Analyze and monitors raw material or units inventory
Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs; includes product margin reporting and analytics.
Provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.

CORPORATE LEGAL OFFICER (CLO)


Requirements:

Male, max 30 years old
S1 degree – majoring in Law from reputable university
Fluent in English both verbal & written
2 years experience in law office or as a legal staff

Responsibilities:

to make sure that the Company is in comply with all applicable regulation and law;
to review and/or drafting all kinds of company agreement, such as consultant agreement, dealer agreement, employment agreement and etc.;
to prepare all legal requirements for company plan in purchasing or selling company assets;
to give legal opinion for any legal matters or problem that occurs during the company daily operation; and
any other activities that require any legal assistant from a professional legal practitioner.

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Requirements:

Male, max 30 years old
S1 – majoring in Accounting from reputable university
Computer skill : MS Office
Minimum 1 (one) year experienced in the similar job
Understanding of Cost or Fixed Assets

Responsibilities:

Cost Control Staff ( CCS) :
Performing collect master data, review and recalculate price for materials
Update standard costs in the bill of materials
Performing cost analysis and cost accounting report

Fixed Assets Staff (FAS) :

Performing transactions record and reporting of fixed assets
Preparing entries to account, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions of fixed assets.
Performing physical check on Fixed Assets

FINANCE – RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER (FRMO)

Requirements:

Male, max 35 years old
S2 – Finance Management (S1 – majoring in Accounting) from reputable university
Computer skill : MS Office
5 years experienced in the similar job
Fluent in English both of oral & written

Responsibilities

Performing analysis and modeling that maximizes profits and assets growth, minimizes credit and operating losses, and other risk exposures.
Provides analytical support on various product strategies to ensure Corporate goals are met.
Develop program models to extract data to provide statistical and financial modeling.

AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT (AADD)

Requirements:

Male, max 35 years old
S1 – majoring in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
Computer skill : MS Office; AutoCAD; Corel draw; Adobe photo shop
Mastering the automotive accessories design
2 years experienced in automotive design
Fluent in English both of oral & written

Responsibilities:

Creating & developing accessories sketch or drawing in accordance with artistic interests, ease of installation and dimension.
Modifying; Filling; Finishing and preparing activity for mass production.
Implements daily activities of work design, develop the design and drawing of Automotive accessories.
